Earlier this term, Hayley H (Year 6) performed two routines at the Bend the Air aerial and acrobatics competition.
She placed 3rd in Lyra Aerial Mini’s – Intermediate 12 years & Under and came 1st in Open Apparatus Aerial Mini’s – 12 Years & Under on the fly pole. She will now compete in January at Bend the Air Nationals on the Gold Coast and La Folie Aerial Championships in Adelaide these school holidays.
Hayley has been dancing since she was 3 and started pole/aerial dancing at 5 years old. As well as dancing 4 days a week, she also dedicates 2 days a week to karate, and was recently invited to grade for her purple belt.
